Biplane and wooden hangar airfield poster

Biplane in front of its wooden hangar poster, “HANGAR DAYS”

Parked on the grass, a biplane waits in front of its wooden hangar with the doors wide open. A mechanic stands beside the aircraft, and a windsock and a row of poplars surround the little airfield. This biplane poster evokes the early days of aviation and beautiful flying days on country airstrips. The scene is calm, and you can almost imagine the engine about to start. The landscape format gives the hangar and the airstrip real breadth. The title “HANGAR DAYS” accompanies this image.

A country airfield for a workshop or living room

With its horizontal format, it hangs above a workbench, a desk, a sofa or in a converted garage. Its wood and meadow tones pair well with leather, weathered metal, wooden crates and mechanical objects. It can sit alongside other aviation posters or vintage engine prints. It makes a great gift for a flying club member, a mechanic, a microlight pilot or an aviation history enthusiast, for a birthday or a first flight.
