Product safety

By Brunelia · Published on

This page brings together the safety information for the posters sold on the Brunelia websites, as required by Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.

1Manufacturer and responsible operator

Brunelia posters are designed and sold under its own brand by AFFISEO, a French EURL with a share capital of EUR 1,000, registered in Marseille under number 914 448 402, with its registered office at Bureau 3, 8 rue de la République, 13001 Marseille, France. As a company established in the European Union, AFFISEO is the manufacturer within the meaning of the Regulation and the economic operator responsible for these products in the EU.

2Printing

Every poster is printed to order, once you have placed your order, by our printing partner Gelato, within its network of partner print shops, from our files and to our specifications.

3The product

  • Poster printed on 200 g/m² matte paper with water-based inks.
  • Standard sizes shown on each product page (from A4 to A0 depending on the poster).
  • Delivered without frame, glass or hanging hardware, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • Identification: the poster's name, its image and the size you chose appear on the product page, the order confirmation and the delivery note.
  • Intended use: indoor wall decoration.

4Safety warnings

  • This is not a toy. Keep the poster and its packaging away from young children: plastic film and small packaging parts are a choking hazard.
  • Paper burns. Keep the poster away from open flames, candles, fireplaces, radiators, hot lamps and hobs.
  • Protect it from water, splashes and lasting damp, which can warp it and encourage mould. Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, which fades the colours.
  • Like any sheet of thick paper, the edges can cut: handle the poster with care, especially large sizes.
  • To hang it, use a frame or fixing suited to its size and to your wall. If you choose a frame with glass, follow the frame maker's instructions.
  • Recycle the cardboard and paper packaging according to your local sorting rules.

5Reporting a problem

If you notice a defect or a hazard on a poster, write to contact@brunelia.fr with your order number and, if possible, a photo. In the event of a recall or a safety alert, we contact the customers concerned directly by email and publish the information on this page.
