Film projector and reels in a cinema booth poster

Cinema projection booth poster, “FOREVER CINEMA”

In a cinema’s projection booth, an old geared projector rests on a wooden pedestal, topped by a large reel connected by 2 film housings. Its beam of light streams toward a bright window on the right, where a projectionist in silhouette, seated on a stool, watches over the screening. On the shelves at left, red reels are lined up against orange walls. This cinema poster tells the story behind the screening, a place the audience never sees. The contrast between the orange walls, the deep blue ceiling and the bright beam gives the scene an intimate atmosphere, in a vertical format. The title “FOREVER CINEMA” speaks to a lasting attachment to dark movie theaters.

A cinema poster for a home theater or living room

With its orange, deep blue and touches of red, it fits right into a living room, home theater, office, library or hallway. It pairs well with a dark wall, red velvet, dark wood, brass and shelves of DVDs or books. Its vertical format sits nicely beside a screen or a door. It can join other cinema posters. It’s an easy gift idea for a film buff, a projectionist, a film student or a friend who never misses a new release.
